Step 1
Schedule your new patient appointment
Call us or book online. Tell us what is going on and when suits you, and we will set up your new patient exam.

Step 2
Complete your patient forms
Once you have scheduled your New Patient Exam, our team will send you our NEW PATIENT FORMS. Complete before your appointment. This helps our team verify your dental benefits and allows you to have the full appointment time for your exam and discuss any concerns you may have with the doctor. If you are unable to complete the electronic forms, please arrive 15 minutes before you appointment time.

Step 3
Dental records for an accurate diagnosis
When you arrive, our team will begin taking dental records, which are crucial for our doctor to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health. These records include:
- Vital signs
- Dental X-Rays
- 3-D intraoral scans of your teeth
- Photographs to assess jaw structures, your smiles, and your bite.

Step 4
Your 8 point comprehensive exam
- Pertinent Medical Conditions impacting oral health
- Oral Cancer Screening and Risk
- Airway Risk for Sleep Disordered Breathing
- TMJ health and stability
- Bite Function
- Dental Structure
- Periodontal Health
- Cosmetic Assessment
Our Comprehensive Exams determine individual risk for the 8 systems related to Oral Health

Step 5
A treatment plan based on your risk
Our approach involves transparent co-diagnosis and raising our patients’ awareness of their oral health condition. We share our findings, urgency levels, and treatment options with patients. Together, we agree on a treatment plan that best suits the patient’s needs.

Step 6
Your cleaning and check-up schedule
After evaluating gum health and dental risk factors, our doctors will suggest the appropriate dental cleaning and frequency for check-ups.
